Kouzina Express is a well-established Greek restaurant located in the heart of Southgate, North London, currently operating within a 70 m² premises. The proposed expansion incorporates an adjacent 60 m² unit, increasing the total footprint to 130 m².

The intervention involves the removal of the existing dividing wall to create a unified and continuous interior space. This approach will significantly improve spatial flow, functionality, and overall customer experience, while allowing for a more efficient layout and increased seating capacity.

The objective of the expansion extends beyond accommodating additional covers. It is focused on enhancing the identity of the restaurant by delivering a more refined and immersive interpretation of Greek hospitality. The enlarged space provides the opportunity to introduce a more dynamic dining environment, balancing comfort, atmosphere, and operational efficiency.
